For the others you will definitely want to heal. I forgot what icons they do, but I remember the guy that gives out the strong stomp scroll can steal. EoR= eye of royalty. Don't change your mods until you are ready to take on the hydragellos though.

Well ok, maybe compared to a t11/t12 attacker it's not so great.

Scrolls aren't really limited by tier. You can have a tier 1 pet with 500 alchemy points, or a tier 13 pet with only 50 alchemy points. Having high intelligence/AP enables you to use powerfull scrolls even at low tiers, making some battles a lot easier.

Up to 30 now, stressed my arms out this past 24 hours buying and reading any cheap books that my pets haven't read yet. Except for the new baby, everyone has at least 1k INT. Am trying to get all 43 pets to 1600 INT as well this year. I'm pretty sure I can make it.

I'm not an expert on scrolls, but I'd say most of those are suboptimal. What you're looking for is at least one infinite use scroll that heals, and maybe one infinite use scroll with some attack/defense for the opponents that have healing disabled. The rest is filled up by scrolls that are single use and either

1. heal a ton,
2. have a chance to freeze,
3. block a ton or
4. deal a ton of damage.

Your Thunderous Roar scroll fills the infinite use healing scroll, but there are some other options to look at. First is the which is a staple at the moment. It heals a bit less than the Thunderous Roar, but has a nice attack and defense to it. However, it requires 15 AP, which is a big hit on your total AP. Another alternative would be the with a little less healing, but a ton more blocking. That might help for some opponents. Costs 7 AP to use. If you need more healing power, you could go for the which is once per battle and will heal your pet for 300HP in addition to dealing some serious light damage. It requires 15AP though. Later it can be replaced by . As for freezing scrolls, is a nice one at 7AP. Also deals some water icons and defends 75 fire icons, so it can also be used defensively if the opponent can't be frozen. You can also try to go hunting for tattered scroll pieces. I'm not sure which ones you'll be able to obtain at t4, but most of those scrolls are pretty decent, and they're free if you earn the pieces yourself. Of particular note is which is another freezer. I'd keep the Oblivijhen scroll for when you're trying to defeat an opponent that deals a lot of magma icons. is kind of in the same category, blocking fire and dark icons, so kind of opponent specific. Then there's the and which a lot of people like to use. I myself don't really use them, but maybe on a smaller pet they can make more of a difference. Still need to test em with my little battlers. These scrolls block a range of icons, but it's a bit random how much icons they block.

With 35 AP I'd go with something like: Divine Denizhen (7AP) Morosbane (15AP) Perilous Whirlpool (7AP) Lights of Sprites (6AP) (from tattered scroll pieces).

Or with less healing scrolls: Divine Denizhen (7AP) Perilous Whirlpool (7AP) Perilous Whirlpool (7AP) Fatal Fire (10AP) / Oblivijhen (7AP) / Cobalt Eternal (8AP) / Sancturia Exodin (8AP) Swap the defensive scrolls in/out depending on your opponent I guess.

Congrats on your wins! Aside from event bosses, paraRB is the toughest challenger we face. Any win against it is a HUGE victory!

The list gave you is a really good one and I'd take note of it. The only thing I can really add is perhaps [item2=Lucent Barrier Scroll] to limp through until you can get a Divine Den, It is not nearly as good, but so much cheaper if sP is an issue. well yes, but some of them cost 8 items that cost 180k each from user shops and I'm like. Oh. Okay.

If you have time, just stalk the shop and stock up on rares and super-rares. Then you can sell/trade to get the items you need.

I'm on phone, so I can't really look and see if anything is rare/super-rare. :(
