The only difference I see between haneul and oranos is oranos has higher health for more heal. Other than that, I used more protective scrolls, oc scroll for more water damage and gotf scrolls. For the forj, you want to equip all perilous whirlpools you have. Not for the freeze, but for the fire protection and water damage. I also double blasted with soma tablets. That extra blast may help stop you from taking as much damage.

I just feel bad that I'm holding on to your trident...I've only got the two Whirlpool scrolls. It's just like...we hardly do any damage to each other, and then we do a little, and then suddenly she kills me...

It sounds like a strategy thing. She does boost I believe and get stronger, or it may be a crit hit? Walk me through your battle with her- first move? Second move? Mid battle? What do you do at half health? Low health? Etc

Well, this battle ended with her health at 6509 / 8000, though there are times where it has been lower. The first move, I use my helmet and vortex, and then the second move I use the Mecha and Tag, in hopes that I steal (I did this time), then I may blast while using the Trident, or the Syringe or Paintbrush blades, depending on which one I bring to battle.

Midway, depending on health, I'll heal with the Phoenix Feather, and then it's just the Trident and whatever the other weapon is, and maybe a dark water potion as well...speaking of which, I need more of those now

Your helmet? Take that out of your set, she can’t be frozen.

Ok I would only bring the syringe and trident, pbb is not as good for her. Remove the helmet and replace it with another healer or another blocker (sts if you got it or forj tempered shield might work)

Turn 1 - boost + blast + cobalt or SE scroll block Turn 2 - you should be able to start using your main weapons at this point. If you find she is knocking off too much health turn 1, then you could use your rv + weapon to heal turn 2.

Are you using any shards? Since you only have 1 healer, you want to save it as a last resort. Use your scrolls to block first and only heal when your health is really low. If you find yourself healing when she’s still in the green for health or in the blue, chances are you will lose. Shards are single use so you will have to be strategic about those as well

You are also using soothing current as your main, correct?

Is 'SE Scroll' Sancturia Exodin? I do have a forj tempered shield and a Flayed Lord Breastplate. I also have a Reborn Icewand of Doom...and yes, soothing currents is being used pretty much the whole time

not using any shards...they'e like the Dark Potions aren't they? I have around...20 of those equipped right now

SE = sancturia exodin. Hmm yeah soothing current isn't very good. You should try that is cheap, has better block and heal on it. It won't do damage, but soothing current is not doing any damage either.

The dark water potions do damage, the shards protect against damage. The life shard will heal your pet for a small %

Try this :

trident, syringe, RV, rblaster, mecha, pquill, forj tempered shield, ultima tag

potions: dark water potions (use with every turn if you can or every turn during the second half of the battle), negating pylonic (last resort), fire shard/life shard/magma shard/wind shard/earth shard/physical shard (use as needed)

scrolls:

perilous whirlpool (2), cobalt (x2), SE, fatal fire (x2), typhoon of valor, triple threat (infinite use)

What about or ? Holy deluge (14AP) heals 10% and does 4 water damage whille ocean currents (15AP) heals a bit less at 8%, but does 13 water damage. I usually use one of those against mama forj.

tatuvichwa is really easy because his icons are all predictable - wind, ice and fire are the primary icons. The trident and syringe are also very good for him. You could use all your freezing scrolls and helmet again for him since freezing is enabled

It's just annoying that as a new battler you have to make do with whatever is buyable at the moment, while the old time battlers have the advantage of old plot challenger loot that might be just what you need. I guess you just have to try your best to win as many weapons and scrolls as you can. You'll never know when they'll come in handy.

And that is true, I'm only recently into battling...maybe two years now? So while I did battle plot challengers....I could never win any of the good weapons or scrolls, cause I could only beat the weaker ones...and I never went for weapons in prize shops because I didn't battle...

But that's all changed now..

What's the best order to use weapons against the fire beast? I now have L0st's Ocean Currents...so, how do I now use all these things to my advantage?
