For the very first time I did all 30 BQs. With a bit of luck and both possible quits, but still. So proud of my boy! When I came back from my hiatus last summer, he was T5 and had never ever set a hoof in the arena before. And now he's such a bummer. I remember when he defeated The Hustler the first time and I was like YAAAY. Today he even beats General Error (not without frustration though ?) Its great to watch a pet grow.

Oh nice! I don't think I've ever paid that close attention haha, but I definitely will now.

In other news: nullius in verba bravely steps into the Rift... and is swallowed up whole! Oh no! Maybe if you just wait a little longer...

It said on the page it could cause your pet to change in unexpected ways, but I don't think it will be anything too drastic (like resetting all stats or something).

Changing color wouldn't be too bad, or gaining some random stats, or whatever. I guess we'll see ~

Congrats! Now that you can make it all the way through, it will just keep getting easier and easier once you can beat all of the level 30 opponents. :)

I'm hoping for a new pet color, but I'm wondering how they would do that. Unless they have art ready for every species, I'm guessing they might get randomized. Or maybe it's something completely different. I'm excited to see what comes back to us.

For the rift, I sent one of my Legeicas in. I thought she'd just change into a weird experiment or whatever, but she just disappeared. I hope she comes back at all.

Staff said they're definitely not gone forever, that's the only reason I risked sending my pet in.

I thought about that too, but if this is something they've been planning for a while then they could have the art ready for all of the regular pets at least. Not sure what would happen if people send an experiment pet in though.

They could turn it in any available colour instead. We don't even know if there's a rift colour at all. A Nightmare could come back as a Sweetheart :D

Back when these guys first came out, Thracian got stuck at two wins. I'd had him ~4 years at that point, and now my pet I've had for 21 months is kicking her butt. Just kinda wild to think about.

oh, i hope so! i really want a rift tiger o: i'm guessing it's like a new zapper feature, though. hopefully one of the first thrown in come back soon so we get some answers!

1. The pets turns into a rift color
2. The pets turns into a rift species
3. Minor changes such as a few stats
4. Nothing happens to the pets
5. The pets merge into one galactic monstrosity that the battlers have to deal with

I think it's too soon to have all the rift colors ready, so I'm leaning towards the last outcome ;)

I think rift 'experiments' are plausible, but if there's a rift color pets that don't have one available yet could always return from the rift unchanged or with a randomized color/species. The people getting retired items made me wonder if maybe it could affect pet IDs. But aside from that being a surefire way to incite user drama, it might be risky and have the worst kinds of possible bugs.
