10 mil seems the most reasonable. we do need time for other battles. also allows new battlers a shot at getting it, with dedication. raising it to 20-25 mil seems really extreme.

yes, we battle faster, but iirc we had auto select on the last one (i didnt take part then, so pardon me if i'm wrong)

If you're looking to limit the core release, I agree with 15 - 20 mil being the range to shoot for. 5 mil was way too low and 10 mil still feels low to me. Especially now, with the quicker battle features, if it's available for 6 days straight.

Bearing in mind that if it does start on a Monday, we don’t get a full weekend (and people have responsibilities other than this game) I think that 10mil is pretty fair. ME is a t11 weapon so we should consider those with smaller pets (like a t10 pet who is aiming to earn this weapon) when we make these goals. Since gelatin wars aren’t even annual events it seems strange to make it so short (for example vesnali this year was two weeks?) - you’re going to end up excluding a lot of people who would otherwise participate but can’t find enough time to play during such a short time frame. That’s my two cents :P

True, but it depends on how many cores they want to release though. It was originally top 20 -25 damage. If they want to be that limited or close to it, I say yeah 15 - 20 mil. If they want to include as many participation as possible, then 10 mil is fair. It looks like we'll get the same amount of time as last war to battle the boss, roughly a week. pokes Cranberry's last post Since I've been a member, the war was skipped twice? It's been pretty annually, unless I'm misremembering and there's been more years of no war.

I think the problem is that it is supposed to be a "god" weapon and it was handed out easily (I got one and I felt some shame for having a T9 or 10 at the time). Perhaps if each user was only able to get 1 (was this a rule? I feel like it was, but the other prizes you were able to get double) and it was only the first however many to get that score.

Or, this would be for the future, you earn points for the damage and you can spend how you see fit; but, again there are restrictions on certain items (can only buy one, there's only 100 of the cores, etc.)

OR... the core can be exchanged (no refunds) for some other item. This could reduce the number of cores out there for those of us who win our 3rd, 4th, etc.

If cores are going out to all levels, then it should be staggered accordingly. I have no idea how many cores will be going out, but can't you guys determine what the levels should be afterward? I mean it would be easier to see how many pets battled at each tier...

Also, I see no problem with limiting them to one per account so those of us with more than one T13 pet don't hog them all.

That's part of my reasoning as to why the score should be a bit high. I felt a bit salty that my sister who has pet around your tier at the time too, got a core last war when she couldn't earn a concoction. I feel like you have to be good enough to get a concoction to earn a core. That was the case for me, and yeah like you said, it's part of a combo for a god weapon. So, I feel like you have to have a pet that can use the ME to earn the core. But then again, if you want to use the core as is or willing to wait to make the ME and use it, so be it as well.

10-15million is fair. I think people work and 10mil - 15mil is realistic.

Oh Lord. 25m. Save me. From someone who was just short of being able to grind it out last time, please, for the love of Shinwa, let me "catch up" to some of the core battlers by making the core obtainable. 10m-15m? ME is kind of a staple weapon, and it's been so long since we've had a chance.

25-50mil - Battling shouldn't be any faster than it was last time since we had preselect for the last war. But people will also rise to a challenge. It took minimal effort for me to hit 5mil last time with a sub T11 pet.

5mil when it was unannounced was like a top 5 number, once you announced the number and gave a long period of time to do it, you got what happened last year.

I'm joining the 10m-15m bracket, twice or just over twice last time's requirement seems fair.

Oh, and that 6 days better be for boss alone. I can't imagine trying to cram in at the smaller waves plus boss into 6 days. People have to eat, you know!?

So, I'm at win 73 against the mini gellies and not sure how to best keep the good rhythm for 757 more battles (those are the ones I need for the last tier in the achievement!)

I have some good music (Persona 5 OST), but would like to know how you all cope with the grinding? :P
