That's true. I was concerned about the amount of time it will take (vs effort). I'm willing to put in lots of effort, but I see some people have hit the cap already, so I wondered if I was doing something wrong. Quetz's timeframe is very helpful to me. I only recently learned about spending exp, but I still don't know how to use the mod crystals (learning now).

- Yeah don't get discouraged! it is real real hard to level up a pet fast unless you have a ton of money to throw at it. Most of my levelling has been through the training center, getting exp with battle quests, and getting tomes from the mage whenever he's feeling generous. If you work at it steadily you'll probably take a lot less time than I did, since I regularly take year+ long hiatuses.

Btw does anyone know if challengers will continue to drop tomes and mage amulets after 100+ wins? I've noticed that medium challengers drop amulets at 25 and 50, and then tomes at 75. Do they drop anything interesting at 125?

I buy a crap ton of boosters, train everyday and do BQs everyday to cap my pet as quickly as possible.

Congrats on getting level 20 and T7! Some opponents like the mage, prodigy and a few others will continue to drop amulets so long as you can still beat them

No he is an impossible challenger better suited for T12+ pets =x It depends on the pet really. I like using tomes on my high tier pets because it's the cheapest way to get intel and other stats all at once. I have their stat ratios set up the way I want it for the most part so I can use the tomes and not have to leech as many stats. Evenly built pets also benefit the most from tomes. My other pets have a bunch of uneven builds I am working on so depending on what stat I am training for them, that is the booster type I prefer. Exp is the cheapest way to go to boost stats though.

I did the same as Wesker. If you concentrate on one pet until it’s capped, it goes by (to me) faster than spreading your attention on various pets. That’s just me. I have one T13 and slowing growing a T11 to T12. Slow boat to there. The only thing I spend money on is intel boosters.

Besides EXP to boost stats, in a crunch, I will downgrade my battle tokens to buy Limitless Endurance Potion or any other potion to do a quick boost.

As long as you're not at cap, you can use them on any pet for a quick boost.

I thought this might be of some interest to you if you didn’t already know this - I was using my WoK with my T11 and recently noticed that the curse was never activating but would almost always will with my T13. I started to suspect that some of the old godlies have blessing/curse activation dependent on speed. I am borrowing ostaff, mstaff and wotp to test. Here’s what I found so far:

The pets I am using are T13 with 7k+ speed and T11 with 2k+ after using the mecha.

Ostaff activation with the T13 is 25 - 30% Wok is also 25 - 30% Mstaff is ~16% Wotp is ~10% ME is 10-15%

This is what I have been finding with the T11 pet: Ostaff, wok, mstaff, and wotp are all either 0% chance or very close to it. It took around 20 battles to get to 50+ turns per battle and no activation. The only one that seems to be unaffected by speed in the bunch is ME, which was still 10-15%

I thought we'd get them today, but a new item has just been released, and they'll probably want to keep attention focused on that for a while. Maybe tomorrow. Still wondering who it could be. I'm not sure if any hints have been given or not...
