Hahaah shardmaker! For him, a tome is a failed attempt at making a shard. yeah having more health would help, but you do have more defense and the ability to equip an extra freezing scroll. I would give it a shot. What set are you using for him?

Against Prodigy, Wrain is using

Scrolls are Aftershocks, Cobalt Eternal, Sancturia Exodin, Gift of the Forj x3, Psycho Smasher. I could probably swap the CE and SE for another GotF or freezing scroll.

I would do all freezers or all blockers/healers.

I used your same set except the recycle blaster instead of AoN. Mods on natty: 2 parched, 2 freezing marquise. Modes on the eyeball (p-ball?): 2 parched, 1 freezing marquise. The marquise really came in handy when I ran out of freezing scrolls.

Scrolls were: TA, perilous whirlpool, cold blast (x2) and shriek (x3). I couldn't fit a 4th shriek so I had to do perilous whirlpool instead

Zero. It takes stealer slot and changes one of the opponent's weapon to a Cube, at random. It can fail tho and do nothing. It's once per battle.

I think I’d swap in my last GotF since it doesn’t have enough AP to keep Prodigy mostly frozen, but I may be able to instead heal enough to pull off wins. GotF are nice since I don’t need to give up block to squeeze a heal in if AoN breaks first turn.
