This is a stupid question, but is having your pet's hunger deplete after about three battles normal? I don't know if they've just changed the hunger setting (i am a bad pet owner who doesn't feed them) but it feels like it's disappearing WAY faster. It's just frustrating trying to battle and then having to stop every few minutes to go buy food.

It's not normal. Seems like a bug. I'm not complaining at all tho. I need to feed my pet tons of food!

I also did about 2,000 of the mini gelatins in one year, with one pet. It's doable, but is it worth it...? I'm still not sure to be honest lol.

No, it's not normal. It's been happening to everyone, even with pets in the resort. There's a post in the problems & bugs forum about it so hopefully it can be fixed soon. It seems like there's issues with site lag and stuff in general since the gelly war started.

That's pretty much the long and short of it. If you can freeze him and withstand the first hit you can get in a couple more. Bombs are important, healing less so. If you CAN get in a heal or two go for it, but the goal is max amount of damage in a short amount of time.

I could only deal with him if I had a full blocker. But both full blockers are EXTREMELY expensive.

1 battle in so far, I estimate that I did 216K damage...

Eventually you'll want them in your armory, but if you're holding off on buying them how about blocker scrolls? Does a Cobalt help any?

i did a couple test battles vs the big guy w widow and one turn she did 10k damage. the dream! idk what i did (i think i missed a crithit notice) but i sure hope i can repeat that consistently.

Yeah, I managed to snatch a full blocker right now. Do you know of scrolls I could get to freeze? I don't have any. My AP is around 63 or so. So I could probably invest in some scrolls.

Best freezer is Shriek of Despair, then Psycho Smasher, then Cold Blast. Shrieks only drop from the Nightlady at Morostide, Psycho Smashers are from General Error, and Cold Blast is one of the spell combos that you can make in Genetech with scrolls dropped from challengers.

You could also get a freezer weapon. There are some as low as t4 like the Gorgun, also Deluxe Death Shard, Scientist Specs, and Intricate Energized Helmet.
