Because I can't be the only one who's incredibly annoyed by this. Now, I don't mind it on other parts of the site. It's not a feature I care for, but it may as well be an ad for the site's own revenue (which is basically is) that isn't caught by uBlock Origins, and that's fine and all.
But geez it's seriously annoying on pet profiles. Especially when there's white/gray text on the profile, which makes it basically impossible to find that X to make it go away.
Noir has a really light greenish-white color for the text on her page, so this happens. It's.. hm.
You gotta really squint to see the X there.
And yeah, I'm aware that you can code to completely block Hustler alerts from petpages-- but despite it being just another 8 characters or so to drop in my display: none category, it's still obnoxious to see it potentially pop up on any pet profile ever that doesn't have protection against it. Not everyone knows about that, besides.
I don't mind seeing the Hustler alert everywhere else, but pet profiles are free of site ads and basically give us full creative control over the content there-- so why are these annoying little alerts allowed to show up on them?
Full support.
Also when that feature was first introduced I had an older computer that for various reasons couldn't be updated with a current browser and the x always showed up on top of the buy button, so I couldn't even safely x out because I was as likely to press the buy button as the x.
