I've just had the chance to poke around and really like it! It was so clunky and overdue a revamp and y'all have done a wonderful job of modernising it. :)

I do agree that the front page is a little busy - it's all important information but the eye doesn't really know where to go. But it looks like there's already been some suggestions to streamline it. I'd add a little more whitespace perhaps - compared to the news page, which is pretty perfect, everything is much closer together. And I agree that an area detailing retirements is important.

I also like the suggestion to separate CSC Cards into their own section. I was speaking to someone recently who didn't even realise they could sell CSC that way! I also remember there was chat about giving us a way to look 'inside' collections - is this still in the pipeline? The news section helps with the 2018 items but you then have to dive through the comments to find older items, as supplied by friendly community members. It's not very intuitive, unfortunately, and I imagine many don't bother to check so miss out year on year. I appreciate that this isn't a priority right now and can be amended down the line, but just wanted to know the team's thoughts.

And yeah, maybe an Update Cart button which refreshes the page would be handy.

Anyway, great job and thanks for getting this out before Black Friday! Your hard work will be thanked by my wallet haha. :P

~ I still had cash shop codes I planned to use (until my emails that contained them disappeared :/ ) It would be nice if I could use them if I ever get my emails restored...

Also, an issue I am having is when I add November 2018 Collection to my cart and then go to the cart it is empty. I still need to buy those this month

The sale starts sometime today. It was in the news on Tuesday when the sale had been previously scheduled to start: {link}

The sale also runs until at least the end of the month (probably longer because of the delay, but that's what it was originally scheduled for) so no worries about waiting around for it. It'll still be going on later in the week

Yes, it starts sometime today. The CW shop prices will get automatically lowered after the sale starts, but they haven't been yet. User shop prices don't change unless people choose to (and I've seen that a few people have). And yes, it runs until the end of the month at least

No worries! I am subscribed so for me, the page stretch doesn't really matter on the GA page, but I figured I'd point it out since i was bringing the other thing to your attention. Overall the changes are super nice though :)

Just to quickly answer -- the monthly collection preview is in the works! We wanted to get the basics out for BF and we'll continue adding more to it. :) also has plans to have previews for the trunks like we have with Delish.
