Quickstock issue

More than once today I quickstocked items from my inventory to my vault, and got a message about items not being moved because they weren’t there. But i go back to my inventory page and there the items are. Since it happens when moving large amounts of items I’m unable to tell if items are being duped or just simply left behind. This has also happened when moving from my vault to my shop, not an error message... but stray items left over in the unsorted area of my vault.
Not sure who to ping... ? ?

Yea, I just had that same issue happen with three of the items I was moving to a gallery via quick stock.

This issue has happened to me, just now, as well.

The site was taken down to resolve a lot of the ongoing issues. Can you tell me if this was resolved?
