Not much to the explanation. Lock a burnable item and the bonfire will still accept it. I had locked some stickers to save for later and then wasn't paying attention while burning and it let me burn them. Tested it again to make sure I hadn't forgotten to lock it, and asked the SB to test it as well. Kinda a bummer.
