i don't think this is too much of a problem since the infection specialist page is sorted the same way and clicking a few spoilers isn't the worst also if we just put the archievment seekers in the spoiler noone will open them and if we put them outside it makes the 1st post pretty long again

Volunteers trying to sign up for their strains have an alphabetical list of their skins (in the wardrobe) they're trying to work off of to find all the groups to sign up for. I don't know when all my skins released, and I only have like a fifth of them. If we put them in spoilers by year, the second post definitely needs to be a terse, easy list for volunteers to use for signing up!

i just thought a shorter 1st post would make it easyer for phone users since they don't need to scroll down a mile to get past the 1st post XD

I think you guys might be over complicating things. I might tired but it's a little hard for to follow all of this.

Returning users might not now the years (I don't) but they can probably ballpark which strains are new and strains are old. I don't know which year Eyesore came out in, but I know not go looking for it in 2014 and beyond. They probably won't have to open too many spoilers to find what they want.

If users are brand new or just wants to try the zombie thing for the first time, we're probably walking them through the entire process anyway. We might end up making the ping for them as a post wrangler, but that's alright - it doesn't matter who does it, so long as we know who we're biting and with what.

I'll leave it as it is now (I'll fix the vials trains section though) and if we have a lot of problems I can move where the spoilers end.

Hey ! It's February now, so we expect Survival to start in approximately two weeks or so! This is a reminder to make sure to join the ping groups if you haven't already (but only if you want to) and to let me know if you need the biting achievement so that I can added you to the lists.

Idea: in the first post, in the spoilers, you should bold the # group names. Call attention to the actual ping group tags.

Just updated OP with that. I think it looks okay for the strain name and ping group name to be bolded, but tell me if it's too much.

No that's exactly what I was envisioning. Strain name and ping tag we going to be the important bits. I was just feeling that the ping name was getting lost without the bold.

Survival will probably start either tomorrow or on Friday, so be sure that if you've signed for the ping groups if you want, and let me know here if you need the biting achievement so I can add you to the list. This is also the best time to make any more suggestions for the first post, as this is what will be used as the first post for the directory.

If it's like last year, you should be able to incubate and bite at the same time.

You have to wait for it fully mature before it unlocks in the wardrobe, yes. But you can bite other people before your strin fully matures by putting on another in the wardrobe. So if you have Pinkie Patch progress, you can still bite for Blood Rush, for example.

I am ready to bite and i lucked up this week. I have to work all day tomorrow but I am off work friday and saturday.

I learned the year I ended up with fungus to wait on new viruses to finish before i choose You can fit more in by starting with older strains because new ones take awhile to unlock in wardrobe.
