Thanks for the info. We're attempting to figure out what's causing this. We'd like to ask a few things to try and get more info about the problem:

• What browser are you using, and what browser version? (The more specific, the better)
• What operating system are you using, and what operating system version?

Also, though it is unlikely these are causing it, could you please do the following just so we can 100% rule them out:

• Clear your custom CSS / user CSS
• Disable any browser extensions / user scripts you have running on Subeta
• Disable AdBlock
• Clear your browser cache
• Log out and log back in to Subeta

Is this glitch still happening to anyone, like recently? I think it still is but I'm having trouble finding the more recent reports I remember.

This is the glitch where, when you finish a battle, it will say "You defeated (opponent!)" and so on, but the text about the reward will just be missing/blank, and we haven't got confirmation if you receive the EXP/rewards correctly or not. It doesn't happen every single time you battle, it seems uncommon and super random. (I'm not sure if someone has a screenshot lying around since the one in the first post got eaten by TinyPic?)

Okay thank you again SO MUCH, that helps a lot. Since it is a double-click issue, I think you probably are getting the exp/rewards, but please let me know if you're able to confirm whether you get them or not when the glitch happens, that would be super helpful <3

Hi everyone, quick update on what we know about this issue and what has been done :)

It seems like this is indeed caused by a double-click, causing you to submit the "end battle" twice by accident.

When this happens:

1. You do receive your rewards correctly, these rewards are given to you on the first load. This load also adds 1 to your win count.
2. But since you see the second pageload, you don't see the text saying what rewards you got. This load also adds another 1 to your win count.

I've just deployed a fix so that the second pageload no longer adds an extra win count to your win tallies, so this should no longer mess up your counts at least.

I can't really prevent accidental double-clicks, so I am working on a solution to make that second pageload show you the correct text saying what rewards you got, WITHOUT giving you duplicate rewards or duplicate win counts. This solution involves some complicated code rewrites, so it may take some time, but I will keep you updated, and in the meantime please rest assured you do receive your rewards, and it should no longer mess up your win counts.
