Hi everyone! Just joined yesterday, but didn't have the time to make a hello post until today.

I'm Mel. I'm in my early 20s and I work in a theatre as a lighting designer and stage manager. Also freelance as an activist and writer.

I used to love sites like this when I was a kid and got super excited to learn that there was a place more geared towards adults.

I love horror movies, video games, and cats. Hoping to be a positive presence in the community here!

Not do, did. :) I worked in box office and administration, but it's been a long time. The last time I did anything was some volunteer work for our local Fringe festival and even that was a few years ago.

Aw, nice tho! We all need all the help we can get to pull shows together.

I loved working around creative people and seeing a heck of a lot of plays. Even office work felt that energy.
