About your things, CSC-wise I'd say pretty much 1k on the fabric. I used to own the Toy Train at some point, but I sold it because it's kinda sheer and I use BGs a lot so... it got really weird sometimes. I bought mine for... 1,5k, if I'm not mistaken. As for the two others, I have no idea. T_T
