I can't be sure this is an actual glitch, but I accidentally fragmentized the Domed Reliquary. Wasn't is meant to be account-bound until the end of the plot? I couldn't even move it from inventory to vault. I feel like this might be a loophole, and a problematic one at that.
Yikes! This is an issue! If you file a ticket, you can probably get it replaced into your inventory. From there I'd recommend locking it. At least then it won't show up for fragging!
I can say it is not really a glitch because that is one of the ways to get rid of an account bound item (like the fashion hoodie) but as Chocolate said, I would file a ticket to see if they can replace it since it may be something you need for the plot.

I zapped the first vase! Possibly yesterday at some point, I realized when I went to use the zapper again and I almost zapped the second one :(
All I can recommend is to file a ticket.
