Finish college, buy a decent car - not necessarily a new one but that'd be an option (at least something with a backup camera and parallel parking assist), finish up my parents' house, move out, get a nice piece of land for a farm, stick most of the rest in an investment account so I don't have to go job hunting again and generally be self sustaining enough to anonymously leave $100 tips, pay off others' bills, things like that.

My guinea pigs deserve so much more than I can give them. Don't get me wrong, they're spoiled, but they deserve even MORE. lol I'd also get a Honda Civic that was newer than 1999, decorate my apartment exactly how I want it, and finally adopt a new cat.

Buy some land, build a dream house for my son and I. Go back and get my Master's and grow my business more so I would never work for anyone else again. Set up my son's future also.

Buy a nice section of land where I could put houses for all my family to live on, never work another day in my life, travel the world, and just enjoy life, you know? Enjoy everything i could.

Step 1: Pay off debts. Step 2: Do some travelling. Step 3: Buy a house somewhere that doesn't have California's insanely restrictive 'exotic pet' laws. Find someone I can pay to do the cleaning and maintenance and help me set up the house for fun animals, who like to destroy things if you let them get bored and require lots of space, stimulation and enrichment, an awesome home theatre and network, and a crafts room with my sewing machine, serger and the awesome embroidery machine and 3-D printer I will get. (This will be the only part of the house the animals can't go into, because it won't be safe for them--sewing machines and curious paws don't mix.) Step 4: Get a serval and maybe a fossa. Maybe a wolfdog. Step 5: Start my own brand. Step 6: Enjoy life more, write books, become an animal WELFARE (not animal rights/veganism) and private conservation activist.

Quit my job, hire an accountant, donate 50% to my favorite charities, throw 25% in investment. With the rest:

-Buy a missile silo/bomb shelter in the Midwest, with lots of land and nearby lots of fresh water. As well as a few condos in my favorite cities, so I can stay wherever I want. -Buy an art gallery in a prime location and hire staff to upkeep it. I will show my own work here of course, but I would be a generous god and have a few other artists to show/sell there as well. -Travel wherever I want to go. -Build a shark/stingray tank in my missile silo.

I've got like 75mil. I'd pay off my family's debts as well as my own. I'd put money aside for a really nice trip to the beach at least twice a year for my mom (it's her favorite place), I'd buy a farmette, start a cat sanctuary, and donate to a couple charities. I'd leave enough for my parents and myself to live comfortably for as long as possible, but I wouldn't buy a mansion or a boat or anything.

Oh gosh....

Give 50 million to my dad so he can live like a king for the rest of his life as thanks for putting up with my spoiled ass kid self.

Give 10 million to my brother so he can live his life without worry

Give 10 million to my nephew in a 50 year timed fund so he doesn't blow it and still learns responsibility. (repeated for any future nieces and nephews i get)

invest 1 billion

Donate 500 million to charity's

put 100 million into bee and beneficial insect research then another 100 mill aside to implement findings

Save 50 million as a loved one emergency fund ( a hurricane washes away a friends entire house / friend gets in a car accident and is in a coma, friends identity is stolen and their credit goes to hell etc. )

Go back to school to study entomology

Open a world travel blog, and travel the world with friends

Pick up some new hobbies

id be a recently turned millionaire then, just earned a couple of hundred million worth in items from a generous donor of the donation corner plus the 25+ mil i just made the other day selling something in my shop. i have no idea what it was but someone clearly wanted it

what id do with it... probably get some stuff my family and i want, live the high life for a little bit since we'd be set for life but invest at least half our starting funds somewhere reliable so we dont go bust immediately if something goes wrong. we'd also finally be able to afford private healthcare in the uk, so theres that

  1. Half of it would go to some sort charity/charities. there's not much of a difference between 24 mil and 48 mil at that point because your still stinking rich.
  2. Make sure my parents have a happy and comfortable retirement.
  3. Get a whole new wardrobe.
  4. Fancy art tablet
  5. Invest in alternative energy sources (wind, solar, thermal....) so I can still continue to give and spend if need be.
  6. Give wait staff big tips

Christ if I had over 20 million dollars in real life money? I'd probably have a panic attack, stick it all in a bank, and be too scared to even touch it for the first couple days. I have a lot of anxiety around money and I would be so nervous that I'd somehow use it all up on worthless junk.

But after I calmed down I'd pay for a house for myself and my family, one for my good friend and her dad, put some away for my daughter's college and general future, donate a bunch to various charities, pay for top surgery for a friend of mine, pay for a few surgeries of my own, and if I had any left over I'd finally buy a shirt from Torrid.

I have.. over a billion on subeta. so, if I had that much money IRL..? find my dream piece of land. design and build my dream house, have my dream landscape, dream interior. run-- or at least fund an animal rescue. I'd probably want to go to school too, for a lot of different things just to find what really inspires me and not having to worry about money if I dropped out and moved onto the next. I'd probably get into flipping houses too. I'd travel a lot and try to help people every where I go.

My current savings is 14mil with maybe 120k on hand. If I had that much irl? I'd go through with this plan my roommate has - he and his sister want to buy a plot of land and basically build a complex out there so everyone can have their own house but still be close together in a community sort of way. Get a wind turbine up and running to generate our own power and such, and honestly I'd want my place to be made of re-purposed shipping containers in a square or rectangular shape so I could keep a sheltered garden in the middle with like netting or something over top so my cats could have somewhere outdoors to go that's still safe for them and where they aren't threatening the environment around them.

I'd also go through and get all the proper medical treatment I need; therapy and meds for the depression and anxiety and who knows what other issues, a hysterectomy for my PCOS and the hormone replacement meds, and physio for my tendinitis. Plus probably actually get a decent physical and find out if there's anything else wrong that needs to be taken care of.

With that kind of money I could also actually afford to eat healthier which would help with my weight, though tbh having untreated PCOS is most of the issue but being able to eat fresh foods instead of processed stuff and buy the ingredients to make my own home cooked meals would probably help quite a bit as well.

Anything left after the land plot, houses and medical bills though would probably go into savings to continue to afford stuff for the future. If I could make money irl like I do here on Subeta (2-4 mil a day, depending on luck and weekend quests) I would absolutely donate to charity, though. And adopt more animals, like another dog for our husky to play with and stuff. Contact the place we got our pythons from and tell him if anything rescued sits in the shop for more than 2-3 weeks (like these poor, poor bearded dragons that have been there for at least 4 months that I know of) to let me know and I'd bring them in and take care of them. Maybe have one section of the house blocked off from the cats so I can just have a wall of enclosures for reptiles where the cats (and dog) can't harass them and be able to take care of all the little reptile babies that people dump on this guy because they don't want to look after them anymore or whatever.

Twitter <- Out of context quotes from my D&D groups and other random nonsense Discord <- A general Subeta discord.
