Hi ! I've never actually done the quest before, but I believe you actually have to have a Bumbus to see her? I did a quick skim of your pets on your profile and I don't think I saw one, so that might be why.

I actually just clicked on the 7th floor for the queen at the blue building and apparently I must have received the event at some point, because there was an active quest. :o

Ahhhh. Hmmm... Have you tried going to the queen's page in the blue building - just to confirm you're not already on the quest (which is what happened in my case)?

There was a problem with this; it's been fixed now.
