Yes @ I always leave a note saying that pet was abandoned by me and the meaning of their names.

I do this, too! So far, I’ve only regretted letting one pet go- she was a super old fanpet I made back in 2007/2008, and I abandoned her on impulse after coming back from a hiatus- but her new owner gave her a profile and stuff, so at least she’s not rotting. :’D

A lot of other pets I’ve abandoned have ended up on dead/inactive accounts, haha... Still, it’s cool seeing people give my old pets new profiles and characters!

I try to keep track of their names on my profile and when I had them. Occasionally, I'll go check on them.

I do, sometimes... though more often I'll peek in at pets I've actually adopted out (to people, as opposed to putting them in the pound) to see the progress the new owner has made.

There are only two pets I adopted out years ago. One was a RN Nostalgic Anyu with whom I just didn't connect, but he went to a great home and even won the Spotlight. The other one isn't with the person to whom I adopted him out anymore. His species and color have changed and nothing is done with him. I kind of regret adopting him out back then, but o well ... There was also a pet I got from the Adopt'R'us whom I abandoned after a while. I'd like to check back on them but I can't seem to remember their name^^'

I used to, no so much anymore since I somehow always manage to make the wrong choices when giving them away, they almost always seem to rot on active accounts that do nothing with them. ...Not that I can say much because my life IRL went to crap and I haven't had the time to do much of anything with my babies.

I have a list of their names I've sent to myself, and I like seeing every now and then what people have adopted them and what they are doing :3 I still love my old babies even if I don't have them anymore xP

Yeah, but I always end up disappointed. Because some people stop playing and the name gets snatched up and i can't find the original pet I created.

Sometimes. c: It makes me happy when people immediately jump into working on them (I'm also a bit envious of anyone who works that quickly!) but even if they go to someone who keeps them but does nothing more, I'm glad they were picked up by someone who appreciates them.

Sometimes, but half the time they get changed up so much I can't locate them anymore. I don't worry myself over it.

Yes, I do that regularly. But just the names, so if the name is changed I don't bother looking them up.

Sometimes i check up a few pets i abandoned =) I'm just curious what the new owner is planning to do with them, if they got a profile, tc or something like that. Or if the pet still stays with the same owner =)

I do with only certain ones. lol. I actually wish I could get her back since she was my second pet here --- but I cannot. lol.
