a day late, but I managed to draw a quick one right before midnight yesterday. As you can tell, I wasn't following the prompt at all. I've been playing Breath of the Wild a lot lately since I just got the game 2-3 days ago and the Great Fairies. :o. I've only discovered one, but finding one of them made me want to draw a flower fairy. She's not based off of any of the Great Faeries in the game that I know of anyway, I've only discovered one. The little side fairy, I wanted her head to look sort of like a tulip or a flower bud, not sure if I accomplished that though. I need to find better brushes to ink. I was using a kind of largish watercolor brush to ink and it was not working as well as I would of liked. I couldn't find my water pen brush. D:.

i've never played any of the Zelda games, but your fairy looks super pretty! o: i think you did a good job on the little fairy as well, imo her head does look like a flower n__n

Zelda: Breath of the Wild is actually my first Zelda game. I wasn't into the game franchise as a kid so never bought any of the games. I was very much a metroid, star fox Nintendo kid growing up and mostly either played those two games, super mario or combat games.

I'll probably be late with this one, but I'll see about getting in today's by tomorrow, though I'll probably forego the prompt in today's too.

Ah, I have a couple PC exclusive gamer friends( I have a MAC currently, so most computer games are out for the most part right now), and I'm more of a console gamer anyway.

Also, I felt like crud physically this morning, so I ignored the prompt and just free drew stuff today.

first one( the ninja) was inked with a Rapidograph Technical Pen ( 16 years and it's still going strong) with 0.5 nib and a fountain pen. second one was a Copic Multiliner.

and Day 23's. I'm not the best at drawing animals so I used a reference image for the elephant.( that was taken from an image on Africa Geographic's website). So, yeah, an elephant playing around in mud and having a mud bath. drawn with a 0.5 koh-i-noor rapidograph technical pen.( with a pencil under-drawing which I didn't erase; I wanted this one to look more sketchy.

I'm not the best artist, but I think doing these drawings this year has helped me discover my "Basic" art style, that I may use to make silly comics that you sometimes see online. Anyway, the drawings I've done so far can be found here.

I use an app on my phone to scan the pictures. Sometimes they turn out good, sometimes they don't. This one wasn't so lucky. It's still cute though.
