(hahahaa You're right on the Oreos! She got so excited when she found that out) and THATS the truth!! (work in progress) over 60 yo. and STILL I have 'angst' and 'un-sure-ness' in things. WHEN am I going to be the confident women, I KNOW is inside of me Some Where. :D

and I'm sure that's true about vegans. I just know that with her doing vegan, she HAS been eating healthier and cooking her own food and not the processed, fast food junk that so many of us 'goto' (yes. there are days, when I do too!) so that's helped her a lot with her attitude and health. and when she asked the doctor (when she went for her examination) the doc said she was healthy. (meaning she's getting the vitamins, etc that her body needs)

(ps. and sorry. no "vegan" pizza taste as good as good ole' delivery pizza) :D

I'm just saying for me, in particular, that when I eat more healthy (veggies and fruits) and not "boxed or canned" foods, my body feels better.

every single one of us is different (Thank Goodness!) so what's good for her, might not be good for the next door neighbor. (or me) :)

Glad your mom is cleared of cancer and that she will get better in the future. Glad to hear you are taking care of yourself too. Baby steps.

- everyone's body feels better when we don't eat out of boxes and cans, lol, but your daughter cooking her own food helps her a lot I'm sure. I always feel better when I eat fresh fruit, veggies and meat instead of junk that contains fruits and veggies and processed meats, too.
