It's made specifically to work with animal booties by not reaching far enough down to touch the ground for the normal HA which means that it'll look normal on any animal booty that doesn't have a tail in front of the legs ;) It's also designed to cover up the space between the legs for easier layering with items that aren't empty there ^_^
