This morning I changed my username from Anubis, to Dover, with the perk from my Loyalty Box. Since changing my name, I cannot access my profile (viewing, nor editing). No matter how I try to get to it, I always get the message: User not found: Anubis. When I tried to search it as Anubis, I got the correct "Oh No! I cant seem to find that user..." page. Is there a 24 hr. swap over period, or something, I'm not aware of? Did I break something, like I do in most games?

Hi there Benji! We are going to have someone look into this. Can you tell us if you got any kind of error when you were changing your name or if it was only with the profile?

I did not get an error while changing my name, everything went as smoothly as it did the first time I changed it, years ago. The only issue has been my profile.
Just an update; I found that if I were to be logged out for any reason, I will no longer be allowed to get back in to my account until this is fixed. It's like neither username actually exists.
