If you want to start a new selling thread, you must wait for your current thread to reach the third page AND have it locked before you can create a new one. This also applies to recreating joint selling shops regardless which user recreates the new shop. If, however, your thread is automatically closed due to hitting the 5,000 post limit noted below, you may create a new one before the closed one has reached the third page.
