I think it just didn't finish deploying yet. I just tried to buy that from Super Stash Brothers and it worked. So I think we are good now and I just prematurely posted here :)

That's always been that way. Legacy shops show up in shop search for economic reasons iirc, but you cannot actually visit a legacy shop. They no longer have their own public pages like new shops do.
I'll look into making it say an actual error or something, but I'm gonna tentatively lock this in the meantime since it seems the bug report itself has been resolved :)
