Soooo while doing quests, I kept getting this error while trying to buy an item: "Your most recent purchase failed. An unknown error occurred."

Since it kept telling me the purchase failed, I would try to buy another and still get the same error... turns out the purchase did actually go through, and I ended up with 5 copies and now have 4 just sitting in my inventory after completing the quest.

This has only happened on one item I've tried to buy so far (out of several since I've been through about 30 quests at this point) and happened while trying to purchase from a user shop.

@ bug i don't know if this is related to the new server and things Keith did so i am pinging you here instead since i didnt know if we should discuss it here or in your original thread

same thing is happening to me "Your most recent purchase failed. An unknown error occurred." in red

a few things about this: it seems to be related to "unconverted" shops, people that havent logged in a while and didnt migrate back when shops changed i know this because (and that has always been like that, i dont know if its supposed to but its something i meant to ask you as well) when you click on those shops, it brings you to your OWN shop pages not sure this behavior makes sens (maybe add a page that says "this store needs to be converted" so its less confusing to newbies and/or people that didnt figure this out on their own yet) but anyways thats how i know

also, i think (but not 100% sure) that we still get the item despite the warning/error (dont know if money is being decucted, etc, need more testing)

ok i can confirm that no matter the red box alert, we DO buy the item anyways, we get the item and the money is deducted (which might cause that other person to think they get items more than once, its most likely because they keep hitting the button thinking its not working? TBD)

try with item Mutant Puffy Hat, see the first store up there, Super Stash Brothers, that is an "unconverted" one

@ bug as of right now, it is still happening, yes (dont know if cache takes longer than 10 mins?)

@ Bug the bros shop is empty of the hats now, so i tried with the next one and it is still happening, so it wasnt pertaining just to them but yep if i dont faint until then i will retry and repost, otherwise i shall update in about 6 hours when i wake XD

oh yes yes, seems fine now, did not see the red box again! the behavior where old unconverted stores bring you your own stores page is still there and i do hope one day it is replaced with something more suiting/obvious but the major issue seems 100% gone, thanks so so much!!
