, In reality, I am a British pub-style ale drinker, nutty brown, not too hoppy. Cousin Poppy Wheezle makes it in his brewery and it reminds me of home, family and friends.

I joke a lot about Scotch and gingersnaps, but it really isn't my habit, as I have led others to believe. I really can't get my paws on a lot of hard liquor where I live, what spirits we have are brewed by our Master Brewer and are reserved for the elders and leaders of the trades guilds and Craft Masters. What wine Poppy makes is very rustic, complex and way beyond my ability to understand the intricacies of the different vintages and such. I like ale...and cider. Hard to beat a crisp apple hard-cider.

MERLOT, I'll fix you some Masala Chai Tea. (i just got a huge bag of it. BUT i must add some sugar. and MORE milk than they call for. to make it that "thick creamy" style i like)

Mmm I had some tea this morning and now having a cold brew coffee that I picked up yesterday from the convince store.

Masala Chai Tea sounds yummy! You may have to send me that recipe too!
