I just had a stray thought I thought I'd pass by someone else to see if it's silly:

would it be helpful to make a ping group like #nvlbtriage (or whatever) for the post wranglers? I keep losing track of who is doing the most recent one in the chaos, and then having to edit my pings (probably after pinging the wrong person). If we had a ping for the wranglers, it might be easier to consistently report finished requests and problems?

As a down-side, you'd have to be managing your group notifications to start/stop getting all the wrangler pings when you clock in and out..?
