I would guess that it probably means that you haven't been warned/frozen or anything like that for breaking site rules or something. They wouldn't want staff members who don't abide by the rules, or who have been mean to or harassed other users before, and other things like that.

I don't think it would have anything to do with the actual "value" of your account, like your pets or collections or anything, that's just personal stuff.

haha i think ive only ever gotten two verbal warnings: one for having a slightly oversized forum image, and one for posting a screenshot of a carrie fisher tweet on the news post for her memorial item bc it contained profanity 😂

I'm actually considering applying, even though I'm not a Very Well Known User. Is it expected that the person who fills this role considers it their main job, or is the rest of staff ok with it being a side gig?
