I think the second eyes look better~! You might want to try some eyeshadow or another eye with shadow that layers well (eyebrows can be a nuisance). And I love how you've matched the gold and blue, but I feel she needs a bit more blue accessories to make that gold stay an accent color! Maybe something in the neck/arm/back area~
I feel you! I went shopping yesterday and it was only 90, which is a bit cooler than it was since it rained a bit...but it made it more humid which is NOT OKAY.
