I believe that you need to have / do two things to slot for someone.

1. Their permission to take slots for them.
2. And your post needs to expressly state that you're only taking slots, and that the other user is submitting the item.

If you're otherwise unsure however, you should file a ticket to ask staff. Sometimes there are hidden rules that we as users don't know.

Yeah - you can totally take the slot lists for her, but she'd still have to be the one to submit the item when the time comes ❤️

[edit] But I'd also definitely take Feral's suggestion because sometimes we get hit with weird, unlisted rules and then get in trouble for things that we never knew weren't allowed because...not all of the rules are listed anywhere.
