I will get achievements, which usually give rewards, (Such as getting 250 points on the Spectrail game, should give you a plushie or sP), or other achievements and I am not being rewarded. Furthermore, if I go to "My achievements", and switch to "Earned", it states, "There no unretired achievements in this category, click on 'retired' above to view the achievements in this category." No matter where I press. If I go to retired, it says "Whoops, we couldn't find any achievements that matched this request.". I cannot see my achievements. I have 39 achievements so far.

It's actually best not to click 'earned' if you're new to achievements as several achievements have multiple tiers, so they'll still show up under 'in progress'. c: For instance, earning 250 points will earn you the 100 and 250 tiers for Spectrail but not the 500 and 750 (and you get the plushie at 750). You'll earn the sP as normal for playing the game.

You also need to click on the correct category as only the most recent achievements show up on the first page. So, for Spectrail, you'd want to look under 'Games' on the left-hand side. c:

I'm not getting any achievements either. I should have just completed Pleasure to Meat You and Rag Dolls 2009, but now it says I have NONE of the items, rather than all of them (which always happened when I just-that-moment completed the achievement, but would then refresh, have the items show all green and get the alert that they are completed. This is not the case now.) They are not tiered achievements, so idk what's going on

This thread is a little old now but I'm also having this problem. Achievement page isn't showing items I have toward one at all so I wound up double buying a lot of things for something. And I should be getting one now because I just went through and bought all the items and put them in my wardrobe. Tried going to my wardrobe, back to achievements page, nothing.

Oftentimes there is a delay between putting the items in your wardrobe and the items showing as green and checked off when you click 'Show Required Items' on the achievements page. It's not unusual to have to wait a bit before the achievements page says you have them all (coming from someone who has been lending items for several years). During site events it can get especially bad, I've had people tell me they needed to wait 30-60 minutes before the items showed as checked off.

Sometimes it can take a bit of time for the cache to catch up to your actions and register as having completed it. Particularly with the wardrobe achievements, it can be a few minutes (or even longer) after you've added them to your wardrobe before it shows in the achievement that you have the items.

I know, but there were things that were in my wardrobe previously that were not showing up. I had probably around 5 of the items for this achievement (re: the whole 'i had to buy some stuff twice' thing) but it showed me as having NONE of them which I found super weird. It seems to be working now but it's doing it for other achievements too...

Lmfao, so I just checked for the new tea one and not only am I not getting credit, now it's not registering the items I've had since before the new achievements.

The tea one is for feeding the items to your pets, not for putting them in your wardrobe (the items have dual uses).

Did you try an account search to see if they ended up somewhere they shouldn't be? Or have you cleaned out your wardrobe recently? I suppose you could file a ticket to see if a UA can track down what happened to them, but items don't just disappear from your account, if you know what I mean?

It went like this: I went through the list and bought the items and had to add them to my wardrobe, but a BUNCH were already in there. From years ago. It caught up after I got them all and I got the achievement but it should have shown what ones were there in the first place, and it wasn't. I'm assuming me getting the achievement triggered the page to show the green checkmarks for all of them, but without it it assumed I had NONE of the items until I actually got it.

The only thing I can think to recommend for next time is to go to your wardrobe's Organize Items page and sort by 'Timeline', 'Descending' to differentiate between the items you just added and the items that were already there. The items you just added will be at the top of the list for easy removal. Once they are back in your inventory, you can see which items you already had because they will be the only green ones left on the achievements page.

This is the second time I've done this because of the like colors on site. sighs Never mind me.

It's okay, a few people had the same problem in the news comments yesterday so I knew exactly what you were talking about :)

were you checking a direct link for an achievement (/achievements.php#/achievement/NUMBERS) or just searching for it (/achievements.php#/search/WORDS)? as far as i know, the first way won't show you own/fed/read the items, but searching for the achievement or looking it up manually will. it's been a problem for ages x; Clicking direct link for achievement shows incorrect progress

Same problem here, has been going on for about a day now. For me it's the beanbag collections right now that are glitched. I have the items in my collection but the achievement list says I don't, then after I buy the item again and try adding it to my collection, it says I already have it.

Well, my shop stock is going up. -_-

I've also been having this problem - particularly with sp in my shop til matching both "Shop Til Saver" (SP at one time in the til) and "Making a Living" (having a shop that has made x amt of sp ever). "Making a Living" does not match the other two ever. I have used both Safari and Firefox and they both show this wrong. The millionaire center achievements sometimes report as me having them and if I refresh, they disappear?

Anyone having issues with plushie achievements? I have the entire "Cryptic" set in my collection, but according to achievements page, I am still missing three. And yes, my account search shows the three missing plushies as being in my collection. I've refreshed numerous times. Hoping this is just the result of the server move/downtime.

I -did- get the 250 tier for plushies awarded yesterday, it's just this collection one being problematic. Using Firefox and Windows 10. Thanks guys and gals!
