Be sure you guys are using a compatible browser. All of the instances I have personally investigated have involved an incompatible browser (Safari, IE).

Try with Chrome, that has resolved the issue (by way of workaround) for everyone that I have worked one-on-one with this about. It's something, anyway, until the underlying issues are resolved. :)
