Like Pun said, it does seem to have its ups and downs. It'll be slow as all hell one moment, being unable to do much of anything btw, not just buying items (including forum page loading, stocking shops etc), and then the next moment it'll be perfectly fine again.

Currently, I'm experiencing an up moment again, but not 5 minutes ago it was incredibly slow. And it omes and goes throughout the day. It's very annoying....

Have the the same Problem: Can't buy anything from the User Shops (all User Shops) without waiting for "ages" or trying it for 10x times or more, until it works. (In the morning - Europe Timezone, 5 hours ago, it works perfect)

I've been having this issue off an on all morning (7/4 CST), for ten minutes I kept getting the "unknown failure" error from usershops, but then after I gave up trying I ended up with 3 copies of the item I was trying to buy.

Experiencing some extreme slowness over here too. Sometimes the purchase goes through, sometimes it doesn't. This makes doing quests extremely difficult and I've tried refreshing and clicking again only to end up having the same item bought 2+ more times a few minutes later.. ugh.

It seems to come and go, but I'm getting the same issue when buying from user shops.

Everything was working fine, then now the shop search is borked again for me. Always seems like it's when I'm doing the Blue Building quests too :P

Buying from user shops from the shop search page, the green bar saying that I've purchased does not come up, but eventually the item does end up in my inventory. About 30 seconds later I'd say. Searching the user shop for the item and purchasing it in the shop is immediate. No issues buying from main shops here, and no problems accessing my own shop. I have gotten 504 errors intermittently on the site, and a SQL connection error page (all white with black text) as well. I'm on Windows 10 using Chrome.

I am also having issues buying from user shops today via the shop search. I am on Windows 10 and tried using both Chrome and Firefox. Many times, it is taking a full 30 seconds- minute for the purchase to go through and other times, it is telling me that there was an error - Your most recent purchase failed. An unknown error occurred.

Still having the same problems as last night. It seemed like it had gotten better now it's back to not being able to buy anything from users shops. Even after several refreshes. EDIT: Now it seems like after 1 (sometimes 2) refresh(s) it will allow me to purchase at a users shop.

I just also tried on the Silk Browser on my Kindle Fire 10 and I am having the same issues. Ugh.

Same issue, can't buy from user shops. Eventually it will work, but it takes upwards of a minute to register.

[edit] And just in case it's relevant, yesterday I was getting dozens of SQL Errors while browsing the site. Everything would redirect to a blank page with the words "SQL Error, connection".

Was trying to quest and yup can't buy from user shops. :(

Yeah, I'm getting lag, user shop purchases not going through/taking ages to go through leading to multiple purchases and the same for removing things from my vault via the 'remove one' button. :c Questing is taking ages.

Lol thought I'm the only one due to region problems.... I should probably hold off doing quests these days...

Seems to be getting a lot better for me these last 30 minutes or so. Fingers crossed it stays this way.

Buying from user shops and account search as well as processing has been extremely slow over the last 3 days. I keep checking my inventory, quests won't go through and at good last I end up with 2 of the bought items nevertheless. Opera. I gave up playing Subeta on Firefox a while ago, because of meeeega lag all over.

FWIW and I dunno if this helps, but I wasn't having the other two problems you mention here at the time of report. Last night I was having the lag/timeout and yet purchases were working fine for me.
