There are older foods that up hunger more than one, including each of the harvest ales. There is one of the top of my head that counts for 5, Candy Hearts Box. This is not a bug.

Not a problem! I believe in the past that they have said no new ones will be more than one but they don't think they will change the old ones. Locking as this is not a bug.
