Do you know if it's still not sending out notifications?

This should be fixed; I just attempted to set an alert, and verified that the alert has been created in our database and timestamped for the correct time (2 hours from last zapper use)

If you (or anyone else) notice this happening again, please feel free to make a new report, but for now we'll consider this fixed.
