I started the second wave, but I'm not even halfway through the first. lol And I really haven't done much of anything with the past few CS challengers....

Well the new CS challenger, I need to use my noggin to figure out a strategy of luck. So, that will wait till after Morostide. But going to try to get some fights on first and second wave. Good luck to all of us. XD

I used the following weapons for Chronocrone

Mods: 2x parched, 1 singed, 1 critical strike on both weapons

Using helmet and mecha on the first tun, followed by double blasting. The rest is basically just spamming the attack button and hope for the best.

I figured I might have an advantage having such a high strength pet (13498). However, despite this, it is basically just luck. The first six wins were relatively easy, after that I was struggling until I added the blasters to the set.

I might try for more wins, but the fights are definitely annoying. Wins 9 and 10 were very lucky with a few crits in a row and chrono not healing. When the parched blessing goes down, I am toast…

It's how I submit turns. Not sure if this is a feature, or a bug, but after I click to submit my first turn, the button stays highlighted so I can just mash space bar (or enter I guess) to keep using the same moves.

I don't have to actually click the submit turn button again unless I click somewhere else on the page, so battles go by a ton faster.

Thank you so much for the advice! I implemented some of it and got him down to a pretty low health, but so far, he's been able to recover from that easily when I ran out of scrolls. Either way, I think I know what to do and get now, and I'll try again as long as he's around.

Is there any loot dropped beyond 10 wins for these suckers?

Hmm. Looks like I'm getting two Shrieks this year. Thracian got one on his first win, and Kairi got one on her third. Domon got nothing, and Longshot stalled out on win 2.

...Might be time to clean out the booster hoard and see if I can nudge him in to T10. 197 mage amulets later --> 40 tomes. Above average, not bad. Makes up for turning in 18 amulets for no tomes a few days ago.

I had to get crazy lucky with the seed (flamagia x2, GE x2 and snow fairy), but look! Longshot finished all 30 BQs by himself! ^^

Done with Nightlady. Tier 10 got 8, Tier 9s got 6 or 5. Two more shrieks. Should probably do the next plot step now.

I'm having such a hard time getting the 5th win with the Pumgpulnug... 😩 It keeps freezing me

Ok so, is there any legitimate strategy for chronocrone, or is this legit just a "press spacebar until battle is over, hope you get lucky" opponent?

Isn’t every opponent a hit select move over and over and hope you get lucky?

This one just takes a lot more clicks until you find out if you won or not.

Cronus blade seems to have helped me a lot
