OK so with wave one out I decided to get my battles in and boost. Now that I've boosted I'll save and by the end of the month I'll be fine to spend the second half. I wanted to wait but.... I needed to boost. xD Nay WANTED to.

Hit our defense and Speed goal and just need to work on Health and Strength. Then... I dunno what will be next, probably just save until something comes to mind.

Yeah, they're probably just making sure everything is ready to go. I'm looking forward to it!

In the meantime, reading through this page to remind myself about the previous event. I'm really hoping this is a continuation and not a brand new thing, but either way it will just be exciting to have something finally. :)

I remembered the general story of what happened, but not all of the little details. Like how apparently Jaxon and Elwood are distant cousins, that was interesting (though not really relevant to the plot lol).

LOL! I'm really bad at keeping up with the lore stuff. There are just too many characters and stories :P But since this will likely be very relevant to the plot, I'll make the effort to read through it.

That's about the extent of my knowledge, too, haha. It just doesn't come up in daily site browsing so I pretty much forget about lore stuff soon after I read it :P

that's the only other thing i know, so i guess i've learned the two big things by osmosis? haha but yeah, i was kinda hoping som might be a hint that we'll get some shengui guo stuff going on this year! otherwise she just fits the spooky theme with the candles and everything, i guess :p

I saw people posting theories that Som might be a spirit or something herself, what with not wanting to talk about her past or think about the future and all. That would kind of tie in with Jaxon's predicament.

And also in the Shengui Guo Subetapedia article there's this:

"Others still- the spirits of the deceased- are purported to have a large presence in Shengui Guo. Some claim that the divide between this imperceptible spirit world and the corporeal world are especially weak at certain times of the year, allowing for two-way communication between the spirits and the living."

Sooo, that's something. Considering Jaxon can only appear in our world during Morostide. Hmm
