It's been happening for myself as well as many other users I have spoken to where a person can be browsing through a shop and accidentally click on something that automatically goes through as a purchase. This is additionally frustrating when you are trying to preview an item or add it to your wishlist. Luckily we have a wonderful community of users who are kind enough to refund these mistakes but that may not always be the case and even if it is, I'm sure you can understand how frustrating this can be.
My first thought was that it might be an issue with using a mouse pad on a laptop but have found over the course of a week that this has happened on my laptop, phone, and desktop computer. None of which displayed the "Are you sure you wish to buy" message consistently. The message does come up sometimes, just not all of the time.
Only items priced in CSC have the "Are you sure" message. Otherwise it's up to the user not to click things unless they want to buy it. (I'm assuming you are referring to user shops.)

Yes, user shops. The thing is you can hover over something sometimes and it will click and if you are on a phone or tablet you can forget about trying to preview anything. Perhaps if we had a buy button instead of being able to click the item it would solve a lot of that.
