Sometimes I have multiple copies in the shop from questing :(
But mostly I just hit the cheapest one and go.
I do sometimes. There's a shop that I don't care for the name of so I'll buy from another even if it means paying more. I haven't seen it for awhile so I'm not sure if they're not as active.
I know for me the not buying from shops with multiples is for those who end up with like 100+. Having like 5 or so doesn't matter.
Though I shouldn't throw stones here as I'm guilty of having hoarder amounts on a few items in my shop. :x

My mind is normally completely away when questing but some are so good it always grab my attention, yet I still won't buy from it if it's not the cheapest (sometimes it's really hard to resist though). In my case the opposite also happens, boring shop names catch my attention sometimes, names like "shop", "junks", "stuff" always make me go "reeeally? That's all you've got? Even a boring overused reference like my shops is better than this, c'mon. 😕"
I like to read them! And if there are a few at the same price I'll buy based on name usually.

I sure do! If all the prices are the same, this is how I choose which to buy from:
First -- Is the cheapest item only a couple of sP cheaper than the next whole number? If so, I pay more for the whole number to reward people who aren't cheaper just due to autopricing. Second -- Do any of the shops have only one in stock? If so, I buy from that one to free up space on their stock list. Third -- If neither of the above are applicable or there are multiple that apply, I buy from the shop with the coolest name.
An especially cool name might get me to ignore my rules and just buy from them.
I do look at the user shop names; they tend to be very entertaining. However, I buy the cheapest item possible in like 99% of the cases.
falling down this mountain falling down again - boom boom heartbeats still beating in the end - i'm choking but that's just what they wanted

I usually notice them and some are amusing. When I buy items, I will always (where possible) buy from someone who has a few of an item in stock as opposed to someone who has lots. For example, if someone has 3 apples, I will buy from them instead of from someone who has 15. Although it changes if the prices are vastly different, in which case I will buy the cheapest.
I always buy the one at the top or the cheapest, but I still do look at the shop names. Some have awesome names. :D
Yeah, I read the shop names - some of them are funny
Best one I've ever seen so far is Voldemart (LOL)

July group!
I look at both the shop name and the price. I like to spread the wealth around so I keep track of the shop names I buy from and I will only buy from them a couple of times if their name comes up more than once. I also look at the price. I don't always buy the cheapest if there is more than one item up for sale. I'll go down the list and buy from someone who only has one of that item in their shop.
I usually do! If the price is the same, I’ll buy from the shop name I like the best, usually whatever I think is prettiest. However, my favorite shop name is Hookers and Blow. Every time I see that one, it stops me in my tracks and one time I spit my drink up. Gets me every time.

I don't think that's hoarding. I know when I have more than 20 of something in my shop it's usually because someone decided to set a really low price and then people went nuts on the autopricer, and I'm not selling items with a rarity of 80 and up for less than store cost.

Only if they catch my eye otherwise I don't even bother.
I rarely notice shop names. The only time I do is when they are a weird font or have an emoji. I usually avoid these. I don't know why. I guess because I feel like they are using it make them stand out in hopes of getting more sales? If all prices are the same, I may look for a second at the names and try to buy from one I haven't already. I try to help the little guy if I can.
