It is not a known issue. Which shop, what categories, and which page are you seeing them on?

I don't see any categories at all when I visit your shop's main page.

Okay, I see. Can you please describe EXACTLY what you do before the categories show up? Be as specific as you can. Are you just editing the item prices, or do you ever visit the Edit Categories page? Finally, are you doing all of this on an Xbox and have you ever had this problem when playing Subeta on a computer or mobile phone?

It sounds like this may be happening because of your Xbox. I'm afraid we don't officially support playing Subeta on an Xbox so we won't be able to help with this. We recommend playing on a computer or phone. If you notice the issue still happens on a computer or phone, please let me know and we will take it from there.

Sometimes as the site changes, it will break compatibility with browsers and devices, and we do attempt to repair the issue if it is on one of the five major browsers we officially support. Unfortunately we simply don't have the resources to maintain compatibility with more browsers and devices than those.

I'm sorry we could not help more. I will lock this up now. If you do notice this issue happening on a desktop/mobile device however, please feel free to make a new bug report and we will gladly look into it further.
