Shoutbox broken again

For the past day or so we all keep having to refresh to see each other because not all people are popping up. I can see ashenta, griffey, samurai, hell and I can see Bug, frafty, elka, bloodghoul2, and Rowan Bug cant see me ashenta samurai or hell. Ashenta can and cant see what I can see. Bloodghoul2 can see what Bug sees anyone else can help?

Same. Same. SAME. so irratating that I can miss comments because it not loading right. Like, lets fix this please?
I'm afraid I haven't been able to verify this.
- Check your browser extensions/add-ons. Make sure none of them are blocking scripts.
- If you use AdBlock, try disabling it for Subeta.net.
- If you use userscripts, try disabling them to see if it solves the issue.
If none of the above solves it: if you are using Google Chrome then please use Ctrl+Shift+J to open the javascript console and please screenshot any error messages you see there and post them here.

SO I turned off adblock but I'm not sure how to do the other two things?
edit: Ad blocking turned off didnt change.
haven't tried the other to cause I am unsure how to fix it.
Also know it more than just us two affected. A lot of people have been having problems these last two days.

Unfortunately that's an unrelated error message.
You guys are having this problem on your phone and on all different browsers?
It's strange because I cannot verify it, I'm not able to see the problem myself, and the Shoutbox code hasn't been touched for ages so there's no actual reason for it to be "broken" all of a sudden

idk what to tell you atm im having to refresh to see frafty bloodghoul2 and rowan and some others. so are a lot of others.

It doesn't work on chrome, IE or phone.
Can you let me know your exact browser and browser version you are using?
It's not that I don't believe you. It's just that I have zero clue how to fix it if I can't reproduce the problem and there's nowhere in the code to even look for it since the coding hasn't been changed.

So currently Ashenta, Bathory, Griffey, samurai and Devilish's messages I have to refresh for. Rowans, frafty, Elka, Katala and you popped up normally. Disabling Adblock doesnt help. None of my other add-ons are used whilst im on Subeta. (I have a VPN thats only turned on when I am trying to watch stuff from back home and a Twitch Add-on)
Just tried Incognito Mode (because it disables add-ons and doesnt store data, etc) .. that didnt help either.

Lol I see this now, this is wild. do you mind updating the first post and let's try to record who doesn't show up for who? I think that might give us a clue. Also can someone ping the shoutbox group maybe?

Ashenta can't see me, but Katala said she ONLY saw you and I
Samurai and I can't see each others
I can confirm I was staying on same page and Ashenta, Griffey, Devilish were also not showing for me. You were.
XD it's a mess but that's all I can provide for now besides what others have already said:
started about 40-ish hours ago, sporadic and random, I on Chrome and did not update that browser in a long while. Thanks!
