I will always put all the requirements in the appropriate section. The little bit at the beginning that isn't centered is always just my commentary~
If you entered a steampunk HA and weren't happy about it, you can always edit your post! I just judge whatever is there when the contest ends! :)

Yes, every item you use has to have the name of a metal in it, even the makeup!
It doesn't have to be steampunk, if it did I would put it in the rules~! Let your creativity shine! :D

Ah, okay I was looking at so many of the entries coming in and the reference to steampunk was really making my second guess if I'd made a mistake. Thank you for clearing that up and I've put the HA back into my original post.
