I believe the MB stocks rarity 1-99. Of course, seeing anything 81+ is going to be rare, especially in big shops.</p>
<p>I&;m going to do a general breakdown of my own for this shop...</p>
<p>The Smithy was great because there was a low amount of items (relatively), so seeing the r99 Key Mold was an actual possibility. To put things into perspective, Sable Smithy stocks only 28 items r1-99. Atebus Shop, stocks 335 items r1-99.</p>
<p>Atebus Shop has an assortment of really high value items...
However, next to 327 other items? Yeah, it&;s going to be hard to find them.</p>
<p>I believe Pun&;s assessment is likely to be a "don&;t buy" day, just given the size of the shop. (Pun&;s note -- depends how much time you have; there&;s some good stuff.)
However, if you were going to spend some time at the MB, here are some tips.</p>
<p>Abandon all hope looking for Guide to Constellations.
But seriously. Its shop price (736sp) is among the lowest in the shop, which means, even with MB&;s "pricing", it&;ll still be mixed in to the other 95% of the shop. I&;m not going to even bother adding that to my key-prices list. You could click all day and never get it.</p>
<p>However, the rest of the items listed, have a chance of "catching your attention" if they appear in the MB. The item priced the lowest is The Stars of the Sky (4405sp). So, with its higher MB listing, it&;ll probably pop out a bit more. (And the other items, even more so.)

sorry if this is a silly question, i'm new to this, what exactly does the price guide mean for the MB? i've seen things be listed for less or more than their official price so i don't know how the guide works jkldsfklsdf sorry

lengthy explanation
The MB sells things for 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x the original shop price for items whether the item is rare or not. If the price is 5x or more times the original shop price, then the item is for sure a rare one. Hence, people will decide to buy any item over a specific amount (i.e. 20K) because they know it has a good chance of being a rare item.
The problem is that because Subeta prices things so wildly, items in a given shop may have a regular shop price of anywhere from 500 sP (or less) to 5000 sP (or more) which makes it very difficult easily spot the rare items. On top of that, a specific price -- let's say 1000 sP -- can easily be assigned to multiple items in a shop. So if you see an MB item for 1000 sP it might be that rare thing you've been trying to snag, or it could be a common thing that you can't even give away. You have no way of knowing unless you bite the bullet and buy the item. Common items will appear in the MB much MUCH more frequently than rare ones. Anything with a rarity of 80 or more can easily take hundreds of attempts before it will appear. And that doesn't even account for the multiplier.
The multiplier means you will often overpay for things -- so you want to find the things that are currently selling for much more than the NPC shop list price in user shops. So if you see an MB item for 6000 sP it could be a very common item which has a NPC shop list price of 6000, a common item of 3000 sP (the 2x), a normal item that lists for 1500 sP (4x), or a rare item that is 1200 sP (5x) or even a (6x) 1000 sP. You can never know for sure. Hence the "mystery" of the box.
