Ah, I see what the issue is. The name was changed in our database for items, but it wasn't changed in our separate table (with CWs). I will work on a fix!

Finally pushed a fix for this! Sorry I took so long! It should be fixed from hereafter, meaning future items that get their names manually changed will not have the same problem.
