I had to repurchase the quest items for Carl because I lost them while turning it in because the error happened

Same "connection timed out after 3 sec" error that others are reporting. This was on a Saggitarius quest -- it cost me a Lilac Terracoon Elixir and a White Frosted Bauble Cookie.

now when i go to frag or stock in shops i get a blank white page.

Odd amount of lag right now (seeing <250 online). The lag behavior is weird: one page may not load, but other links clicked on the same page into new tabs will load. The lagging tab won't load (sometimes there's an error, sometimes the page just spools for >10 minutes) until I hard refresh/manually "go" to the URL.

Keep getting laggy pages/"hanging" pages. Meaning that until I refresh, some pages just refuse to load. No specific pages, was happening a lot during questing.

It even ate an item... tried to buy something from a shop, I got a hanging page. When I refreshed, the shop had one less item but the quester said I didn't have it, so I had to buy it again.

Yep, lots of laggy/hanging pages all around the site for the last couple days. If I wait it out, it eventually returns a 504 error, but refreshing a hanging page usually loads it immediately. Seems even worse today than yesterday. It's frustrating but I know our programmers are currently busy with something beyond their control away from the site so we're just going to have to deal with it for now. =x

and are dealing with some pressing off-site issues at the moment (relevant topic here) so we're just going to have to make do the best we can for now. Refreshing lagging pages generally makes them load...just beware of refreshing certain pages (like finishing quests...I've found it good practice to refresh the page of the quest that asks for items first if it lags after pressing the "turn in items" button, and then, if it's still asking for them, as it probably will be, try finishing the quest again to minimize the loss of items).

In an ideal world, yes, but we are far from that at this point in time. Just letting you know they are busy with some stuff, I'm sure they will deal with it as soon as they can. ^^

504 errors now

I keep getting pages not loading, white pages, or 504's. It's making restocking very hard and annoying.
