the site was good before the scheduled downtime. The site now, is still in turtle mode.

Lag across the whole site, I'm suffering
The site has been taking minutes to load in the address bar. Then the same once I sign in and try to browse pages.
We have been and are still working on this. We'll update again when we have something to say.

Only slowness I still find is in the Minion Zoo.
Takes around 30-60 seconds to load in the first place. Removing a minion takes 20+ seconds (one just took 65 seconds - I timed that one!) Been having this for a while, maybe a week, so I don't think it's necessarily related to this latest lag though.
Yeah, I think it is probably a problem with the zoo itself. There is a report on this here if you'd like to add your info: Minion Zoo not showing up?

I'm getting intermittent broken images and unresponsive page loads starting around 3AM.
A lot of lag and the site struggled to add things to my wishlist from the item hover, would just switch to "Loading" and then not do anything until I refreshed and then re-tried adding it.

The site was running fine and then suddenly LAG (starting around 3am, as others reported). Especially the forums, and clicking dance links takes forever to actually work.
It still lags horribly, with error 520 in between.
Smooth sailing yesterday evening!

Users Online: 357 - cannot bee the the dance floor!
Everything was fine with 600+ users online earlier this day.
Only regularly (not always!) experiencing long waits of about 30 secs for thé forum and dancing. Going to my dashboard and inventory is fine.
Still getting errors and lag all around. It's significatly less than before, but still annoying enough. It's random in time and place. Sometimes pages are fast, sometimes it takes over a minute to load.

[edit] Specifiying that the ballroom especially is very slow. Super annoying, since we are basically forced to fully load the page each time, to check if the Boudewijn event shows up or not.
