[edit] I reread your post and kind of misread the part about the budget thing. Normally I wouldn't spend a ton on pet art, but Chelsea is my baby on Subeta! I'm not sure how difficult she'll be especially without a ref, so I wanna be fair! That sounds totally reasonable as a ballpark, but just reach out to me if it needs to be negotiated more if she proves to be tougher than you think!

Hey, if you still have any slots open, I'd take a CSC or an SP one. (I think you only have SP open rn, but really, whichever you would prefer to take I can pay with.)
