I like it holds a particular bit of nostalgia. I grew up impoverished, and a example nwas in the room I shared with my siblings. We had two TV's, one had no sound the other no picture. The item was the pictureless part.

What a sweet idea. I just made a pet for my own childhood nostalgia and am gathering items for his treasure. Idk if you want to get in to "childhood nostalgia" type pet friends as well, but if you do you can feel free to add King Jason.

Probably the most nostalgic item for me on the site is but they're pretty expensive. There's one in my gallery and I'm debating on whether or not to take it out of there for Jason's TC so I don't have to buy it twice. ^^;

Btw you know 's television is a Steamworks Menagerie item? it's a pretty heavy in terms of cost (150 trinkets) but I feel like that's easier to obtain than its 5m price tag in user shops.

A lot of the items I have in Greece's TC are items that make me nostalgic one way or another.

Some standouts:

An item that instantly invokes the memory of a cool ice cream parlor and its wonderful smells

I had so many of these things, because I was obsessed with carousels!

To go with those:

reminds me of the GloBaby toy I have had since I was a year old. He no longer lights up (battery pack was ruined in an unfortunate water incident when I was just a toddler), and he is mostly a faded green/grey color now, but I refuse to part with him, and even bought GloWorm toys for my kids (now 12 and 6) when they were born!
