When the BC stats were reset, they added a lot of achievements. So that is most likely why you got the "beat 5 times" achievement. As for the ones not updating, I believe that is also because of the reset. I am pretty sure if you file a ticket, they will update it. I would make sure you are at 25 before making the ticket so you don't have to get it updated more than once.
